In Hasbro's "Pulse" you get regularly informed about new products. The newest addition is the Emperor Palpatine Force FX Elite Lightsaber, which will be released at the beginning of next year.
Technically the lightsaber seems to be based on the previous FX lightsabers of the Hasbro Black Series, but it also has new features like the "molten glow cutting effect" or the "force lightning effect". Regarding the first the tip of the blade lights up and simulates a cutting effect and for the second the whole blade changes color in the style of Palpatine's force lightning.
